Karthik is a renewable energy engineer and scientist specialising in ground-level wind and turbulent flow physics. He has led research translating wind physics into deployable energy systems, forming the foundation of Katrick Technologies’ patented wind platform for over a decade. His work bridges wind mapping, aerodynamics, mechanical design, and powertrain architecture, enabling commercially viable wind generation in complex, ground-level environments.

Vijay is a commercially driven senior executive with extensive international experience leading strategic transformation across multiple sectors.

As CEO of Katrick Technologies, he has led the company's launch at COP26, raised £9 million in pre-seed and seed funding, won the Barclays Start-up of the Year Award 2023, secured Edinburgh Airport as the first commercial customer, established Bosch as the technology development and manufacturing partner, and formed a strategic joint venture with a US-based AI and software company.

A seasoned executive with 30 years' experience mentoring startups as an advisor, co-founder, and investor with international public company experience. John has a passion for investment with emphasis on climate with a deep understanding of climate change, energy issues, and offset credit markets.

Colin is a Business Advisor and Angel investor with interest in innovative new businesses with potential for high growth. Previously he served as Chief Operating Officer of Edgewell Personal Care, a multibillion-dollar Global Consumer Goods business, based in Connecticut USA. This role encompassed responsibility for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales & Marketing across International markets.

At Katrick, Colin is supporting the board and management with support across business strategy and international market expansion.

With his global experience, Damian is the perfect addition to our team as we bring innovation in Greentech to the world.

Paul is a highly experienced engineering leader with over 25 years of delivering complex products across the automotive, aerospace, and defence sectors. He specialises in taking ideas from concept through to fully engineered, production-ready solutions. Paul has led multidisciplinary teams across design, manufacturing, electrical, and software engineering. His work includes delivering advanced vehicles, lightweight composite structures, and low-volume production programmes, consistently achieving right-first-time.

At Katrick, Paul will be driving our innovative Wind Panel programme with our engineering team to deliver our first commercial product.
